1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor

EXE Logistics is looking for an energetic, responsible, "hands on" leader that possesses the drive and initiative to be a “best in class” service provider for our facility in Walton, KY

Location: Walton, KY Schedule: 1st Shift — 6:30 - completion M- F Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, support a high-performing team, and ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and safely. What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates during 1st shift

• Oversee daily workflow including receiving, and unloading 1 SKU containers.

• Monitor productivity and quality standards to meet operational goals

• Train new team members and reinforce best practices. Temp Agency staffing experience.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Collaborate with management to improve processes and resolve customer issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

• Track performance metrics and complete shift reports

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or distribution, container unloading experience required

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication and team-building skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure

• Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications

• Ability to lift 70LBS and stand/walk for extended periods

• Bilingualism is preferred but not required.
